Tens 14 dies des que reps la comanda per sol·licitar una devolució. Les peces han d'estar sense estrenar, amb les etiquetes i en l'embalatge original. Escriu a info@velodynn.com per iniciar-la.
Quan rebem i aprovem la devolució, et retornarem l'import pel mateix mètode de pagament en un termini de 10 dies hàbils.
